We thought
we’d take a break from writing about the sales
staff and technical support to introduce the
people that keep things running behind-the-scenes.
The publishing staff is the invisible force that
brings you all the latest news, articles, blogs, (and
this newsletter) about advancements and trends in
home heating and home improvement. Providing
relevant helpful information is one of the main goals of
Warmzone, which is why we employ qualified writers (not
just the boss’ niece).
Our full time writing staff includes
Jennifer Baker and Jordan Ricks. Jordan plays an
integral part of the web development team. His main goal
is improving your online experience by constantly
creating, updating, and adding new content to our
Warmzone sites. Jordan has an extensive background of
over 15 years experience in communications
management. Past positions include Creative
Director, SEO Specialist, Writer/Photographer, and
Magazine Editor. Ricks comes from organizations
such as the Gannett Outdoor Group and the School
of Visual Arts, NY, NY.
Jennifer
Baker is the newest full time hire to join the Warmzone
publishing staff. Since joining the team she has played
a major role in producing our monthly newsletters
and building useful relevant information for
radiant heat users. Jennifer has an English degree and
is currently working on a Masters of Professional
Communications at Westminster College.
We are
excited about the newcomers we have brought to the team,
Jen Hallam and Benson Ricks. Jen has over 5 years
experience in the field of publishing and written
materials. She received a degree in Business
Administration from the University of Utah. Her past
writing experience includes the composition of
press releases, articles to national and
international media, newsletters, and copy for
brochures.
Benson Ricks
may not have an extensive writing background, but he is
an experienced contractor that sheds light on the
home improvement process. Benson owns and operates
his own tile setting company and has over 20 years
experience doing construction. He knows all the
ins-and-outs that only come from years of building
and improving homes. So whether you are a
do-it-yourselfer or already an experienced
handy-man/contractor, Benson is sure to provide
relevant and insightful information to use in your
personal project or construction business.
The Warmzone
publishing team works hard to bring you new content
every week. Much like Warmzone’s commitment
to quality products and services, all of our
writers are committed to bringing you more than your
average run-of-the-mill news. Keep a lookout for
Benson Ricks and Jen Hallam’s expertise in
weekly postings on the Warmzone blog.
