SALT LAKE CITY, UT April 30, 2010 – WARMZONE has improved their RoofHeat and FloorHeat radiant heating systems.  Both RoofHeat and FloorHeat now use advanced electroplastics to provide additional safety and efficiency to residential and commercial radiant heating systems.

Both FloorHeat and RoofHeat now use a unique polymer blend that heats when electricity passes through it. This new heating element is very thin and flexible and has the ability to self-regulate its electrical consumption making it more energy efficient than other systems. Solar and wind power can now also be directly integrated to these heating systems due to its ability to accept AC or DC current. These new products have also been designed to exceed typical low-voltage standards and are now compliant to SELV (safety extra-low voltage) which is 30 volts or less under all load conditions.

RoofHeat is specially designed to be applied beneath all roofing materials including metal. RoofHeat is an effective and discreet heating system that safely melts ice and snow from eaves to prevent structural damage or safety hazards from falling ice.

FloorHeat is similar in its construction to RoofHeat but is used under all flooring materials in homes and businesses as a primary or secondary heating source. It has no moving parts and silently creates a comfortable environment without the drafts of a traditional HVAC system. 

WARMZONE is concerned with the ‘green’ properties of each of its products and claims the materials used are non-hazardous and are environmentally friendly. The heating element is made from 20% recycled materials and has zero waste during the manufacturing process. All scrap material is grinded and re-used. RoofHeat and FloorHeat are made in the U.S.A.
